Hotel Room or AirBNB Setup-Cuddy Buddy Package
ACCESS: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that we have access to your suite! We offer three acceptable methods to gain access to your room.
1. We can meet you at check-in and you provide us with a key.
2. You can leave a key for us at the front desk.
3. You can provide us with your lock code (if staying in an AirBNB).
COMMUNICATION: We understand that most of our setups are a surprise, however, we must have a way to communicate with you on the day of your setup in case any issues.
